Exmark Lazer z hp hydro

I know this issue has been beat like a horse on other message boards. I have a lazer z hp 52. Bought it quite cheap but want to fix it its actually in great shape anyhow. The right side hydros dont function at all, not a growl,whine, no movement. I changed fluid/filter bled the air out. Left side works fantastic but still nothing on right side??
