My 2014 tractor has been leaving spots of hydraulic fluid on the concrete - nothing big, just threw a handful of kitty litter down and continued to run it. Last night, after sitting in the warm garage a couple of days, it had a sizable puddle. Loaded it on my trailer this morning and hauled it to the dealer, San Joaquin Tractor in Bakersfield, CA. They immediately had a service manager take a look, and he had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Shook my hand and sent me on my way - no charge, just a thank you for being their customer.
It was no big repair (just a couple of loose bolts) but I've been many places where it would have sat for several days before anyone looked at it and would have been an hour labor minimum, and a second 75 mile round trip to pick it up.
