EX3200 Rear Hydraulics? Power Beyond Kit- front grapple/rear power

I have a new to me EX3200. Seems to be a very solid tractor. I want to add rear hydraulics eventually to run future equipment as well as another circuit to the front for a grapple. I have looked and read a lot on this site and the rest of the net, and there just isn't a lot of info out there on the EX3200.

I'm looking for some help/direction on where exactly I need to plumb into on my Loader block to pull power for these added circuits, and also input on what the best way to run them maybe. I am more than capable of doing all the work, but just unfamiliar with hydraulic methodology on tractors. I will continue to read what I can find on the net.

But if anybody has done this could post some pictures of the actual line routing and connections, that would be extremely helpful.

You might try here and see if you can download the Service Manual. Do not know anything about the sight. I found it by searching for the Workshop Manual for a EX3200.

unfortunatly it doesnt list any part numbers. Anybody have pics of the PYB kits at least so i can make my own. The Manual doesnt actually show what spots on the rock valve/implement valve they tie into.

Without the knowledge of the exact configuration of your tractor it is hard to give any advise.
Seeing as how you mentioned a grapple I'll assume you have a loader on this tractor.
When you look at the loader valve do you see any unused ports.
If one is labeled PB you are in luck, maybe.
You will need to find the manufacture of your valve and find a Cub or Yanmar dealer to see if
you can add a plug or power beyond tap to your valve, once you know that you can proceed from there.
Coming from power beyond to a new valve(s) with a return to tank.

Can someone with a PYB kit take a photo of where you hooked up the power and return lines on the rock valve. Im just going to make my own. If you know what size the fittings are, it would help a lot to.

If the power beyond kit hooks up the same as the rear remote kit for the ex3200 I have a set of instructions. A guy has been selling NOS rear remote kits on eBay recently. I can see if I can scan them when I get home.

Here is the important part of the rear remote install which shows where the lines tap in. I believe the valve used can be upgraded for power beyond. Personally I am looking to upgrade to a double with float possibly in the future.
