EX2900 Price

I came across a used EX2900 with 820hrs for the asking price of $9200. I don't know much about the tractor yet. This is a private sale. Before I go see the machine myself what do you all think about the price? From the PICs it looks in good shape but PICs are somewhat small so I'll take that with a grain of salt. The tractor has FEL and R4's. The hours seem high to me but what else should I look for?
