Eddie,
Try some Lactose pills. Wifey buys them at WallyWorld for me. It took years for me to figure out what was making me sick. Eventually I figured out it was dairy. At one point oily/fatty food would do me in as well.
One of my really bad trips was after eating at a Fondu place. All of that cheese and fried food on my stomach followed by a drive down a concrete road with expansion joints in a tightly sprung low riding sports car.... :confused2:
BARELY made it home and had to get up a flight of stairs. Could not walk. Could not run. For if I had run I would have.
Years ago I would go to a local park and walk the trails. At one point I was getting in shape for a hiking trip on the AT so I had a 60 pound pack with everything I would take on the trip. Before hitting the trails I would drink lots of water at the fountains...
I stared to notice I would get sick after these walks. One day I really got sick. So sick I could only walk a few hundred yards before running into the woods. I had to drink a good part of a bottle of Kaopectate to get out of the woods. I don't know what the bears were doing in the woods but I sure was....
Another time I got so sick on a Monday morning I had to head home from work. I barely made it. Not from runs but from having a high fever and being dizzy. I was single. I managed to grab a water bottle to put by the bed and then I passed out for 8 hours. I could not get out of bed. Take some water when I could. Room spinning. Delerium. Thought I would puke but did not. BURNING fever. I tried to call someone to take me to the hospital but I could not reach them. :confused2: I was finally able to get out of bed around 9-10 that night to go to the bathroom. Got some light food and water then back to bed. Next day I was just tired and worn out.....
About six months after this happened the state pulled up all of the water lines in the park and replaced them. Something about sewage contamination....

Who knows how many people had been sickened by this.
I have found that Kaopectate works better than Pepto or the pills. Lactaid helps with dairy.
Later,
Dan
