It would be really unpractical for me to learn how to do that. Options trading is way out of my league. Now, if you know how to calculate how deep to bury coffee cans in the back yard to get them out of the range of a metal detector I might be able to use that! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Good news! I received a letter from the town clerk today bearing the ZBA's stamp of approval, so it looks like I get to put this little mini-saga to bed with a smile on my face! Figure I better go over and buy that building permit first thing Monday morning... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Thought y'all might get a Friday afternoon chuckle out of this... got a call from the building inspector today. After the variance was granted I got the required building permit, however, the code was changed a couple years back. Seems that railing spindles can be no more than every 3' o.c., vs. the 4" o.c. back when it was built. Of course, since the permit is being issued now, the 'new' code must be followed. Sooo... looks like another project this weekend, hope it doesn't rain. The never ending saga, lol?! /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
