My question's are. 1. Where's the best place to purchase equipment like this and why. 2. What kind warranty and customer service do they provide. 3. How reliable are they with reasonable care. 4. How available parts are. 5. Any other information that would be helpful In making this purchase.

What type of equipment do you have in mind? Pictures?

Yes, I'm intrested in hearing anybody having experience regarding any small drum or disk mowers and rotary rakes or belt rakes. That would work on a 26 horsepower tractor or less.

A belt rake should work, but check the size as many small tractors are so tiny.

Do you have any brand in mind?

The only brand that I think would fit my tractor is a molon rake. Does anybody have any experience with these.

Plenty of CUT tractor haying equipment is coming right out of Italy and sold here in the US. Likewise, if you buy from overseas, the import duty is high. Unless you buy USED.

Hop over to youtube and look at those makes and models. I had done this a few years back when I had land to harvest.
Yanmar now makes (rebrands) an awesome square baler that picks up hay like a round baler. It's a nice compact size and works well with tractors of 20Hp or more. Wish I knew who was the original manufacture.
