Has anyone used one of these? I hate to back up snow blowers and this looks like an excellent alternative. 3 point mount but drive through the snow forward.

I just wonder how many have used this and what your thoughts are.

You just have to make sure the snow isn't that deep that you can't drive thru it. About thirty years ago they were quite common place around the country but they did have the bad sides of not being able to blow back banks and they won't blow what you can't drive over.

Years back I used an Arps pull behind type with a 9N ford. It actually worked pretty good. One of the advantages to this kind is, depending on the depth of the snow, you can choose a faster gear until you run out of horsepower. with the back up kind, you're limited to how fast your reverse is geared. Your neck will like the pull type much better!

Maka, for the cost of that rear pull machine, perhaps you could buy the front mount snowblower. My kubota 2782 (front) cost me a fortune, however it can be used up front or on the 3 point!
