My 3320 HST has an err 12 code. No forward or reverse. The speed sensor was unplugged but had been for a long time. I think what took me out was the throttle sensor plug got knocked off. When I found that I plugged it back in but still no go. My thoughts are that the Drive Controller got confused and needs to be replaced or reprogramed. I have no power on any of my 673 wires. Can someone tell my how to program the drive controller? I have checked the seat, other plugs, pins, grounds ect. but may be missing something. This is the best I can come up with.

The dealer is telling me that they have to program it while it is on the tractor with their computer. $1,000.

Update: I took the tractor in to the dealer and told them what was wrong with it but agreed to pay a diagnostic fee for them to verify it. I was told to expect 2 weeks. They came back with what I said (reprogram the Drive Controller). After 7 weeks they tell me they do not have the correct cables and lost their only tech that would know how to use them. They say I need to take it to another dealership but they would like for me to pay the diagnostic fee. I will let you figure out how that went. I called another dealership and verified that they had the cables and had a tech that knew how to use them. I agreed to another diagnostic fee and was told the same thing and to expect 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I call for a update and was told they are waiting on the cables to arrive so they can program it. I just let that go. I recently got a call telling me that I need a new controller and the price is now over $1,700.

Bummer, kind of makes you wonder why anyone would buy a Deere anymore?

Just read through your thread. Did you check the 673 wires for continuity from controller to all of the sensors? I am wondering if your problem is a bad wire in the harness. I would remove the plug at the controller and test continuity from the 673 wire there to each sensor. If continuity is good, then your controller is probably bad. Sorry to hear your local dealers do not have required cabling for programming a controller. Deere requires them to have them. apparently they got lost or misplaced.
