Enable a LT 1024 to mow in reverse

How can I disable the feature of the 1024 that doesn't allow you to mow in reverse. This is very annoying and makes mowing time alot longer. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do a search for "reverse" in the Cub Cadet forum...........lots of info on how to disable that "feature".
