Emailing Kioti

I have tried 3 times to email Kioti regarding the 1590 FEL using the customer service email contact listed on the Kioti Home page under contact us. The email is returned as not deliverable. Anyboy else have this problem or does someone have a correct email address?

Maybe you could post what you asked and what the answer was/is that you got to your question. It's possible that it may answer tallur4me's question.

I wanted a reply from Kioti regarding when and if they were going to remedy the 1590 FEL. It's about hay season and I need my loader replaced or fixed so I have enough roll back to move big round bales.
I don't want to make modifications myself and void my warranty.

Yep, It is not that the mail is not getting there; Its the mention of a rollback issue. Take the tractor to your dealer, tell him to contact KIOTI with your demand to fix the rollback problem. Then according to my attorney if they ignore or fail to fix the problem it will be a "breach" of contract. (Warranty) My DK55c is to be picked up by my dealer on the 16 of this month. I think all the dealers have heard about the problems with these loaders and they are in a better position to deal with KIOTI! Let them argue with Kioti! If they don't fix or replace SUE! (KIOTI not the poor dealers)

Send your e-mail directly from your browser, not the website to:
customer_service@kiotitractor.com.
However, I agree that you should be doing this through your purchasing dealer. That's his/her job to help you out with this problem.

Rollback is basically the up curl on the bucket. The lack of rollback power means the bucket doesn't have much force to curl up.

Plenty of rollback on the KL130 loader that the CK30/25 uses. Completely different setup.

I may have missed something in this thread, but I thought the problem was the lack of the amount of roll back - not the available power.
When I tried out a DK55 I thought the power was very adequate but was disappointed by the lack of curl available.
It was the main reason I didn't buy one at the time. If/when they fix it I may yet own either the 55 or 65.

It appears that on some models it's rollback/curl angle, and on others it's power, and some have reported both on some model.
One person will report about the same loader saying there is no problem for them, and someone else will say they have rollback and power issures. Hard to know what's what.
Most of the problem reports have been with self-leveling loaders which would not include any of the loaders for the CKs.

I got the same message, but it appears it's getting to them even with the non delivery notice cause they answered me after I got the same notice........
