My 4110 started blowing meter panel fuses when a family member was using it. Fuses would blow over a period of time, and not immediately. I didn't have a handy 15 amp fuse, so stuck a 20 amp in to see what it is doing. I found that when the clutch is pushed in the glow plug lamp is coming on, let it out and the glow plug lamp goes back out. Any ideas where to start at tracking down this issue?

The 4110 also started overheating. I flushed the cooling system, replaced the thermostat. Still gets hot. Flushed system with water, took the thermostat out. Water seems to be circulating, but after the engine gets a little warm there is a lot of intermittent noise from the engine. I am thinking bad water pump. Anyone got a good source on water pumps? Mahindra prices are high and I found a Cub Cadet pump with the same part number with same specs for $84.95. Both pumps are Kubota pumps.

Pulled the water pump today, lots of gunk rolled out of the pump, there also seemed to be a bit of bearing movement. Challenge is now to locate a reasonably priced pump. Cub Cadet and Kioti both have E5800-73037 part numbered water pumps on 4A200 Daedong Engines at one-third the Mahindra prices. Mahindra parts lookup is down again, so one of the few prices I am finding for the 4110 pump is at Bill's Tractor, and they want about $450 for one.

Finally located a picture of a used Kioti water pump part# E5800-73036, which was superseded by part# E5800-73037. In addition to the same specs both pumps are identical. The pump & shipping are $105 and change, compared to the $450 + shipping charge on the Mahindra pump. Both tractors use the 4A200 engine built by Kioti's manufacturer, Daedong.

When I get the pump in I'll get rolling on the electrical issue. Since the issue doesn't occur until the tractor gets warm I'm thinking it may be the temp sensor, which should be easy enough to check.
