My 99 TS 100 with power shift keeps blowing fuse #12 we have unhooked the pcm the electric shift controls and the fuse still blows every time we turn the switch on got any ideas?

We got it after three hours of ohming out wires. We found a blue strip wire hooked to 6 red black strip wires going to one larger red black strip wire in the large wire harness coming from the rear to the front of the cab, as it turned up at the front of the cab the blue wire rubbed through to the metal (what a way to do a connection) gotta wonder what type drugs these guys were on when they did this one.
