Eagle Carports

I'm considering getting a metal carport. There are a few dealers in my area that sell the Eagle brand, http://www.bbb.org and they provided the following information:

Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to an unanswered complaint.

The Bureau has requested basic information from this company. The Bureau has not received a response.

Does anyone here at TBN have any personal experience with this particular brand of carports?

No experience with that brand, but there are quite a few places making these now. Right now, the only two brands with an engineering standard are http://portagrace.com. Of course, that may make it a little more expensive. There are some versatube dealers in Indiana, I don't think you would be disappointed if you go look at either one of these brands. Also, this site <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.galvanizedstructures.com/carportprices.htm>http://www.galvanizedstructures.com/carportprices.htm</A> gives you somewhat of a guideline for the versatube carports.

i don't have a clue who makes the carports, but in this area, they have just recently lowered the price on the 18X21 carport, by @ $50...they are now @ $655 installed.
