dual clutch adjustment shenniu 254

hi.. i bought a 254 last year . the clutch was always very low so it would grind a little if you got in a hurry. i was supposedly replace no long ago, and it does feel pretty strong. all the adjustment on the pedal is out . i believe that the clearance on the release bearing could be wrong. i have searched for some guidance with no luck. hoping someone would have adjusting info before i wing it..
