Can any one tell me any info on a Drott.I have the chance to get one and know nothing about it.

The only Drott I have ever seen is an excavator on wheels. Do you have any more specific information on the item you are interested in? Model? etc...

I had a Drott 4 in 1 bucket on a old JD dozer I had . Very good unit . Tough as nails .

The Drott Skidshovel is a pretty good machine, Idont know if CNH still carries parts for that series or if Komatsu still does. Drott made attachments for several comanies including International Harvester which is what your base machine is with a Drott loader.
I think you could find some more information on the ytmagcrawlerboard though.

I went to a consignment auction yesterday and saw a TD15 Drott Skidshovel (regular bucket not a 4 in 1,) sell for $2700. I don't know much about dozers, but it looked like a good buy for that kinda money.
I asked the guy that was selling it how he could even think about parting with such a neat machine. I just can't understand it.
