driving on the highway

okay I have never had to take my tractor a m4900 kubota on the road. If I decided to drive it to the gas station with the rotary shredder on it, at what position should I have the mower, up all the way, down with tail wheel contacting road, or in between ?

Not gonna get mired down in that, but Soulasphil recently posted pictures of his rotary cutter and in France they don't come with a tail wheel.
