driveway alarm/bell

Hi not the same old post of what kind should i get. I had a catalog delivered and it has in there an old time bell kit like the garages used to have.
I though some of you may like it i may get one we will see.

driveway signel bell ~70
50' of hose ~50
300' of hose ~200
hose anchor (weighs 2lbs) ~12
it looks like a nice set up the bell plugs into a standard outlet. I am on the fence about it i may measure to see how far it needs to be.

Don't see those anymore, but sure ran out to the gas pumps when hearing that bell ding. Had to chew on a few kids on bikes when they learned to bounce on them to get them to ring .
Keeping it in good hose was the big thing.
