Hello-

My old utility cart, lawn roller, etc. do not fit on the thick drawbar on the B2620. Is there a simple way to solve this or should I just rig up something? Thanks if you can advise.

There is a hitch you can bolt to the drawbar that has a ball and has a 2nd hole for attaching the fork hitch up. They called it 3 way hitch.

I actually bought one for my atv but it works on the tractor as well. I got mine at Bass Pro but I actually saw one recently at TSC.. Get a hardened bolt..

I have used a piece of flat 1/4"x2"x8" metal with three holes drilled in it, the middle goes in the large hole on the tractors drawbar, one of the end ones goes in the small hole on the tractors drawbar and the last one sticks out ~4" and you hook small stuff through it.

I had exactly the same problem. The drawbar is 1 and 1/4 inch thick and all the tow behind attachments, like the cart, aerator, dethacher, and roller, were 1 inch or less. As a solution, I started by adding a whole bunch of washers etc. to the tow behind attachments, but it didn't really work - the drawbar doesn't come out far enough that you can turn really tightly and not have the rear tires hit the attachments. Fortunately, there is a really simple solution! My TSC (and every other hardware/farm supply store for that matter) carries bars that attach to the 3 pt arms. They come in different sizes. The Cat 1 bar is exactly 1 inch thick. The bars have holes in them, to allow you to attach your tow behind attachments, or you can also put a tow hitch on it. Plus it comes out farther than the draw bar does, so you don't have to worry about your cart rubbing against the rear tires. There are lots of pictures of people with this setup on the forum - perhaps someone could post a link for you.

Thanks a lot for the info. I discovered the horizontal drawbar you mentioned. The ATV and 3 way hitch adapters I found only bolt in one spot so they will pivot unless really cranked down. The EZmover hitch system is a nice addition to the horizontal bar. I think I will start with the bar itself though. Thanks again!

I use a twisted pintle hitch or a piece of steel with two holes in it for a drawbar extension. Bolt to drawbar and the smaller hole in the extension fits fine.

I use this for moving small trailers, etc., around my property.

Now I like that.. That locks the drawbar so a ball hitchcan be used.

The only thing would be don't haul anything too heavy that far back on the tractor.

On an elevation, it could make you pull a wheelie.

Ok, enough of the safety crap........

I like it....... I want one.........
