First thanks to anyone who replies. I have been a lurker on this forum and have found it helpful. I am looking to purchase a small 4wd UTV. I could buy a new Kubota, gasoline, RTV500 (but dealer is about 30 miles away. Not a huge deal but...) I could also purchase a 2012, new (as in never owned) Husqvarna HUV4421 GXP (Gas Kawasaki engine) for about the same price from a local dealer.
Test drove both. Both seem fine. I am mainly hauling wood (up steep inclines) in snow and dirt. The local dealer was talking up the aluminum body and locking differential---- and they are no longer making these, but people on this forum cited the Huskys as among the best UTVs out there.
The Kubota is a good little rig. Nothing fancy. But it is still in production. More reviews on it. I actually like the manual dump bed (as in less stuff to break)....but what do you think? The new Kubota RTV5000 or the 2012 HUV4421 GXP?
Appreciate any experience thoughts you have.
