Doing a "remote install" of single rear remotes on CK30HST

Does anyone have mental record of any needed special tools one wouldn't normally carry? I normally pack 1/4, 3/8 various metric sockets, crescents and some various wrenches, some paste thread sealer, some leftover HST oil, and some 80 proof snakebite repellent. Will be 100 miles from homebase and would rather not have rig disabled outdoors while I go back home and mailorder an o ring from Bangladesh.

If'n I remember correctly, carry some allen wrenches and some locktite.
I'll go home and nose around in the garage and see if anything else comes back to my feeble old mind.
And take double the amount of that "snakebite repellant". Always better to have too much than not enough.

Some ratchet wrenches would be real handy. Leaving the fender on gives limited space, but it can be done. The directions aren't too bad either as I remember.

A word on the 80 proof snakebite repellent. It really works! Honest! In 43 years I have NEVER been bit by one snake! Ever!

Turned out my single rear remote kit had only instructions how to install a "creep gear" so I was puzzle fitting the thing together after removing the (heavy) seat. - took about 1.5 hrs w/o benefit of literature.
Locktite was used as thread sealer on the Q.D. fittings. Only wrenches and a couple 3/8 dr. sockets were needed.
I have a rear blade which now has a tilt cylinder that really makes it a pleasure to use for driveway grading. One should really budget this in when considering a blade.
