Diverter valve for ITC. After hook up and pins are in place this valve is turned . It diverts hydraulic fluid to the two quick couplers under the blue caps. It's also a secondary safety feature. There is an electronic lockout in the cab. It takes less than a minute to switch from bucket to forks.
