I'm using a yellow 5 gallon, diesel can to fill my Max 25 HST. The first few times I filled it I would turn on the key and watch the gauge to full. I was in a rush the other day and didn't bother. And knowing about how much was in the can, it was more than the top of the gauge. There doesn't seem to be any problem.

I'm just asking because I know that in gas cars you can destroy the evap. system with overfilling.

I don't think the tractor diesel systems are setup the same way. I figure it wouldn't hurt to ask. :confused3:

It didn't overflow any -- but I know I had about 3+ gallons in the can and there was about a quarter tank in there before I reached the top.
