Does anyone know the difference between a 757C and 758B backhoe?

Does anyone know the difference between a 757C and 758B backhoe? I have found a 757C in very rough shape but my 2000 New Holland 2120 calls for a 758B. I am trying to determine if it's worth messing with.

Looks like the 757 is a little smaller.

757 is smaller than a 758 and a B is older than a C. I am also pretty certain the Bs were built by Arps / Ameriquip and the Cs were built by SMC.
758B and 759C both list subframes for a 2120.

The 758 is the smallest I'd consider on a 2120. THe 757 is intended for something one or two frame sizes smaller than the 2120.
