</font><font color="blue" class="small">( </font><font color="blueclass=small">( the only brand loyalty I have is to Windex and Duracell batteries )</font>

And aerosol product called "Invisible Glass" from the automotive section of Walmart works better much than Windex for me and my wife. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Like many Vermonters lamenting the passing of the general stores, I won't set foot in a WalMart. Windex will have to do. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Well, Pete, I can understand that and Windex ain't bad /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif, but you can also get Invisible Glass lots of other places besides Walmart. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif Just click on "retailers" at the top of the page. However, if you're satisfied with Windex, I'd probably suggest you stay with it, since I don't own any stock in the company that make Invisible Glass. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Bird -- Is Invisible Glass available in pump sprayers? Aerosols tend to plug and die the first time I forget to pull them into the house during a freeze. And here, it freezes between late October and early June. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif I can't begin to count the number of full cans I've lost due to low temps: WD40, bug spray, paint, etc! I try to round them up before the first hard frost, but always miss a few.

Pete, if it's available in a pump spray, I haven't seen; don't think it is. It comes out as a white foam and then we use paper towels; preferably those blue "shop towels". We don't have anything close to the freezing weather you have, but enough that I understand what you're talking about. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif I've lost a few cans of other aerosol products myself, but haven't left any of the Invisible Glass out when it could freeze, so I don't know that a freeze would kill it, but I suspect there's a good chance it would.

If advertising or its co-conspirator, package labeling (which is nothing more than on-the-spot advertising) doesn't work, then what took place here.

He buys a product, and THEN asks others whether it will be good or bad for his engine.

I get thirsty every time I see a beer commercial so advertising must affect me /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

From the land of pines, lofty blossoms
Comes the beer refreshing.....Hamms.
