You may be able to get them elsewhere cheaper.

But over the last two trips I have frayed one of that size and seriously soiled another so i was in the market for them.

As usual I compared them to HF's prices.
They look pretty good so I bought 4 for my Christmas present.

Should I buy more?

Ya that is a good price...I get $15.00 for the same 2 inch wide straps under my tool tent.

Home Depot sells a HDX ratchet strap for the same price. It's a not a special as they've been that price for some time now. Always wary of foreign made products, I'll say that I own several of these straps and they seem to be a quality product.

As CCWKen said a good deal if the working load is adequate for you. One of my pet peeves is these type of straps being marketed as "10,000lb rated" and people that use them as such. Yes the breaking strength may be 10k but the working load is only 3333lb.

It would be like saying a 5/16 G70 chain is a 18,800lb chain because of the breaking strength when the WLL is 4700lb.

Yes but 4 of them should have a working load of 13,332 lbs.

That is a fantastic deal and it says available for local pickup today at my store. Just can't justify buying them right now since my DOT rated straps are still okay but might replace anyways. I paid $30 each for the straps I bought with my car trailer.

I won't buy any straps unless they have the short length of chain and a grab hook. Tired of those formed hooks! I get them through Walco (Hope I got that right) and they are very reasonable.
