None right now...
We have a MF 40 industrial with instant reverse transmission,basically put it in the desired gear and you have a forward and reverse pedal.
According to Operators Manual it has live PTO.

While out cutting yesterday it became apparent that the tractor would get pushed along by the cutter,making for a few pushed down trees...:laughing:good thing for the loader on the front.

So do I need to add an overrunning coupler or is there something wrong with the PTO?

Also,if reversing the PTO spins...in reverse,normal or not?

As you can probably tell,this is all new to me.:D

I have learned that while it is 'nice' in some ways having the instant reverse transmission(early type of HST I am gathering) I now think a 'normal' geared tractor would have been better for us.
