DK45se PTO not working

HI dose any one have access to kioti DK wiring diagram?
i have one that the pto stopped working on, switches test fine. there are 2 solenoids on the hydro valve.
the one to the rear gets no power and the one to the front has constant power.

there is a double relay. there located behind the dash of the tractor. on yours, it should be located as shown in picture
