Price Check DK45SE price check, Used 2012

I have found a 2012 DK45 SE, Cab, HST with FEL. 900 Hours. Looks to be in good condition. They are the original owner, and they want $21k. I am trying to see if this is a good deal for this tractor.

My local dealer has a 2019 DK 6010SE w/ Cab for 31k, and a DK 5310SE Cab for $30K. I think I prefer the the pre-emissions 2012 but I think it needs to be under $20k to be a god deal.

Any advice on the fair price for used 2012.
