DK45C Front Grill and Lights

My front grill that contains the head lights fell out while brush hogging and was ran over by the front time. Needless to say the plastic part are in shambles. has anyone fabricated a grill or any used grill available? Priced a new one at $800. for both grill and headlights. Lots of money for a little plastic. My grill tilts forward...or it used to tilt forward.

same thing happend to me i first built a brush gard with lights in it so i could continue moweing for the rest of the season, but latter on i forked over the money for the whole grill and new light set up. and i kept the brush gard so next time the lights wont fall compleatly off the tractor.

Not sure if the DK's the same design as the front grill on my DS4510HS but my dealer kindly warned me to insert the half circle tabs on the two spring clips into the slots at the top of the grill, the correct way, otherwise they can vibrate down and out.
If you have those sort of clips you'll see why?
