DK45 inner air filter?

I have a 2010 DK45SE and went to get all the filters from the dealer to complete my PM. I go to change the air filter and I remove what looks like a typical filter. The dealer sold me TWO air filters, one which fits inside perfectly of the other. The manual does not mention an inner filter.

Any ideas? Use both? Take the inner filter back?

In a past post a NAPA filter # 6490 was mentioned as the inside filter although it is not on the original tractor. If you have one use it.

My 2010 dk45 cab has both inside and outside filters. Thats how it came
