That sure looks like it would get rid of the flex problem, but now that I know it is normal, I have gotten use to it.

But boy you should see the eyes on someone that gets on that machine and hasn't run a Kioti backhoe before and the backup light pokes them in the back when they start to dig.

All my bolts are good and tight. As long as it is new and under warranty I think I will leave mine alone.

Thanks for the pictures Wart.

On mine it's never really been that dramatic, but the seat will rub on the CK20's gas tank, thus the cushioning between.
It usually only happens when I get into a hard digging situation, and I relieve it quickly by adjusting the the left-hand boom control to let it settle. That also helps to make the bucket curl again after it's been stopped. John
EDIT: Oh, and WART, thanks for the pics. Glad to see I explained it well enough. John

Dave,
I don't believe the flex that you and wart are getting is normal.
Wart sounds like he is missing the pins and bracket that holds the front of the subframe, he should not need the top link to keep the backhoe down.
And your subframe has to much movement in my opinion.
I have a Rhino 85 on my DK 35, anytime I had excess movement and creaking sounds my subframe to backhoe bolts were moving again.
Couldn't keep them from moving (even with a 3' cheater pipe they would be moving within hours).
Welded my subframe to the backhoe, no more problem with loosening bolts and flex !!

Vince, you may have a point about their backhoes. Mine flexes some, but I've never had any bolts loosen. John

I have watched the backhoe when other people are running the unit and the flex is coming from just in front of where the subframe hooks into the tractor all the way out to the hoe.

The flex is on this unit in the sub frame.
