DK 40 SE HST first service- what fluids?

I am getting ready to do my first service on my DK40SE HST and I forgot my manual at my property which is 300 miles away.

What fluids are needed and what are the factory recommendations?
Engine oil
Hydraulic oil
Axle's

I want to get it all before heading up there next week.

You need 6 qts of 15W40, I use Mobil 1 5W 40
and either2 gals of 90w gear oil or hydraulic oil for front axle.

My Bad its 8 quarts engine oil and I did not change hydraulic fluid only filters.

I thought my dk40 held about 8 Ats of engine oil. I put 13 gallons of Mobil 424 in the hydraulic system and the front axle.

I bought 15 gallons of Shell Spirax S4 for the trans and front axle. Engine oil, pick your poison.

The DK40SE hst takes 8.4 quarts of oil.
Calls for 10w30 below 32*
15w40 above 32*
I'm considering going Rotella t6 5w40 for my 100 hour oil change.

This is taken from the manual. Notice that the engine oil rating is an old rating, but you have to use common sense and keep up with the more modern oils made for diesel engines. I use Rotella 15W40 in mine, but we don't get very cold here. I used Mobilefluid 424 in the transmission/sump and also for the front axle. Do you have the filter information you need?

Perfect, thanks! I am picking up the filters from the dealer but wanted to look around local for some oil sale deals if possible. I will probably run a 15W40 motor oil, the tractor is in Northern WI, but it lives in a heated polebarn so I would think that should be good for all year round.

Rotella makes a synthetic blend, T5, avalable in the recommended 10w30. That's what I've been using.
