thanks, man thats a lot of PSI. i have to find a way to bring it down to 1500psi.

Why does your hydraulic pressure need to be that low?

I want to add a second remote going to the front of my dk40 so i can run a Mile Marker 9000lb hydraulic winch and it needs 1500psi and only 3.5 gpm flow.

I would try and find out if they make a pressure regulator and or flow restrictor/bypass that you could use at the remotes instead of cutting the pressure on the whole tractor.
J-J is a member on this site who knows about hydraulics, you might ask him what to do.

Im not going to lower the pressure for the whole tractor just as it get to the winch.

I owned this tractor for 6 years and i just realized i know nothing about how it works. Im still trying to find the best way to use the hydraulics from this tractor to power a hydraulic winch, I found a new part that looks like something that might be used rather than gettting second rear remote. In the parts diagram its called HYDRAULIC BLOCK assymbly its just between the pump and the rear remote and hyd.filter, there is two caps that look like i could remove them and run some hydraulic lines out of. this is a picture of the block. If anyone know what this block does and if i can use it for powering a winch please tell me.???
in the second picture there is a sticker showing that the screw in the middle can be turned and to operat some kind of axsilary equipment thing. I hate not knowing what this parts for.

I would think of running full pressure to front, then use a restrictor for the winch. You may later want another front attachment which need full pressure, like a grapple. A restrictor would be a screw on fitting with a small, maybe 1/16", or smaller hole in it. Restricts both pressure, and fluid flow. JJ is your best bet for exacting advice, and recommendations for proper sizing. A dual quick connect for hoses is available. I bought one for my NH. I think it was about $76.

I am wanting to run full pressure to the front im just trying to find the best place to tap the hydraulic lines into the system from. and just before the winch i will install a pressure releif valve and restricter.
