DIY hoop barn cover

We have a 60x40 hoop building in NW PA. It is 19 years old and sustained some damage in a storm recently. I contacted the mfg who put me in touch with a local installer who quoted me a price of 17.5k, 17 for a new cover and .5 for repairing the end. I’ve contacted a couple other suppliers and can get a replacement cover for around 4-5k. I have access to a boom lift and helped install this cover but am concerned this might be a bit much. The original installer is not doing this anymore. Has anyone replaced one of these? There aren’t too many how to videos on this type of thing.

Thanks for the info, planning to take some more measurements and look at the hardware before I go any further.
