Disk and Grader for sale, $400

I saw this ad on Craigslist and thought it was a good price if anybody was interested. I don't know anything more then what the ad says, so you'd have to look into it yourself and decide.

I called, lady answered
She wants $50 for the blade... not a box blade, apparently does not tilt, only angles.
She wants $350 for the disk.

She doesn't know if a cat I or II hitch... but has been using these on a Ford Jubilee.

Just fyi. I don't need disk and need blade with full tilt and more sturdy than this one is, I think.
