Difficulty accessing Kubota Illustrated Parts Lists

I've started getting the red "timed out" message after typing in a model number at the KTC parts site . Browser is Firefox ESR 52.3.0 32-bit running on XP.
Help - I'm a computer dunce and I can prove it.

edit: seems to work ok with IE, but not Firefox. A java issue?

I also am a computer DUNCE I use Chrome and parts schematics loaded quickly for me. I also used Firefox with same quick response.
