Difference Between GC1723E and 1GC.23B

Massey has changed the series number on these two tractors, and I am wondering what changes were actually made. I expect the changes are the same with the GC1725E and the 1GC.25B

The seat is different, and the ROPS lights are on hinges. Maybe the dash is layed out different too?
