Dealer Did my dealer sell me the right deck?

My dealer had to order the 54" mower deck separately when I bought my BX24. Picked up the deck yesterday and it's a RCK54-22BX. In the manual in the opening table there is a "Suitable Tractor" box and the only tractors listed are the BX1800 and BX2200. I have this funny feeling that I might have gotten shorted. Can someone confirm please? I paid $1500 for it.

I would contact the dealer and ask them. Maybe contact a dealer in a different town and ask just to see what they say, then you can go back to the dealer you bought from and see if there is a problem.

When I was quoted it was with a rck5423bx I think that is for the fine cut

According to Kubotas website, that mower should be on a BX1830 or BX2230.
The BX1850, BX2350 and BX24 take a RCK54-23BX.


The fine cut mower deck is RCK54P23BX

The RCK54-22BX mower is for a BX23, a BX22, or other older BXs. However, for the newer BXs like the BX24 you must have a RCK60B-23BX, or an RCK54-23BX, or an RCK54P-23BX.

If the plate on the deck lists the mower as a RCK54-23BX this is the Standard Cut deck for a BX24. I would contact the dealer and ask for the correct manual. DO NOT RETURN the manual you currently have until you receive the correct one. Some dealers are very-very-very slow on providing manuals.
