I'm having an ongoing problem with my T250 (2006 model with 2500 hours). Last year I began having trouble with the left stick side....sluggish moving forward and at times the Hydraulic Oil would overflow past the cap. I noticed air bubbles so I decided to drain the oil and replace it with fresh oil. That seemed to do the trick and the rest of the year I didn't have any problems.
Now this year I serviced my machine...oil change etc. and started it up. Ran just fine for about 20 minutes and then the left side track began to hang up...then scoot forward....then hang up and scoot forward, over and over again. Got to the point the pressure dropped so low the STOP warning came up on the screen.
I shut it down and waited about 15 minutes...started it up and got the skid steer back to the barn.
Now if I leave the machine sit over night and start it up on the morning the pressure looks great....it will operate fine for a few minutes and then it will act up again. I believe there is air in the system but its strange it only affects the one track. I do feel a little bit of a chatter when I lift the bucket up....same side as the track problem.
I'm wondering if you had any advice on how to proceed diagnosing this...I need my machine!! Can't live without her!

Thanks,
Mike
