Deere 797 hydro leak

Hey All,

My 797 ZTrack has an oil leak from the main shaft of the hydro pump (where the pulley is bolted.) Does anyone know if this could be easily fixed without a total rebuild? It's not a real bad leak but it makes a mess with all the dust and oil and what not.

You should check back for more info or consult your dealer, but I believe the seal you need is available only as part of a seal kit (JD part# AM882274) that may also vary according to the serial number of your machine. The 797 may have had more than 1 type of pump. Good news is that it appears to be repairable.
