Deere 4115 driveshaft rattle

Any idea what's causing my driveshaft rattle? Only happens when cruising in 2wd between properties. It is definitely speed related and only happens at the top end of speed range. It doesn't make the noise in 4wd.

Bad u-joint?

Doesn't feel or look like it. Feels like it should have a carrier bearing.

Driveshaft was ok. That rubber joint that covers the u-joint needed to be realigned. The tube the driveshaft goes through was rattling on the driveshaft at speed. Yolk on the front diff side was wobbly. Are they all like that?
