I was just quoted $53,600 on a Deere 5085M with the following options:
- 16/16 with creeper
- Iso station
- Triple rear SCVs
- EH controls
- Radial tires
- Cold weather

Does this seem like a decent price? It seemed a bit steep to me from looking at other prices floating around but I wanted to check here.

What is the suggested list price on the John Deere build your own site with all the options you have? I currently am getting ready to purchase a 5115M and am at about 15% off the suggested list price. Not sure if it is similar for the 5085M or not.

Price on the Build Your Own is around $59,773.00. What swayed you to the 5085E versus the 5085M?

Take a look at the 32x16 with the EH hi/lo transmission, it's not that much more over base and if you're spending this much anyway, it's a great feature!

For what Im doing with it I couldn't justify the extra 12 grand. Electronic 3 point on them M is nice, but most of my implements are pull behind or semi mount. Not much difference in hydrulic performance, 3 point lift weight didnt mean much to me, dont have any implements or plan on any with those kind of weight requirements. The only thing that I wish they offered was the 32/16 hi/lo trans, well worth the money. The cab interiors are almost identical now. From the trans foward they dont look much difference, same h260 loader. The M is about 800 lbs more then the E, so i beleive the frame is little heavier. So far real happy with the E, my grapple will be here tomorrow then the real work begins.

Just got home from my dealer. We ended up at just over 18% off list on a 5115m. I agreed to that price and will be purchasing it next week. I had another quote that was close to 20% off list but their offer on the trade in was so low it wouldn't work out. I also have read about others in the 16-20% off list.
