Debris forks are 1.5", 1/4" wall, and fairly well sized for this 2400h Branson. Work great so far.
Rear guard isn't 100% done, going to add expanded metal across the top section once I get some. Might add some lower sections, but I wanted to leave plenty of room for grab hook use on top of bucket.

Great workmanship. I hope I am wrong but I think they will bend like a pretzel when you use a little too much down force.

I made a set, not as fancy as yours, but that happened to me after I hit the wrong lever after an hours use.

I've got about a dozen hours on these so far. They're pretty stout and will hold what the loader will as long as the load is spread evenly. Just like every tool, gotta use it like it was built/designed. With the 8 vertical 1/4" walls, it effectively is the same as having 4 half inch verticals.

I feel it's about the right size for my Branson 2400h; 24hp, ~2,000lb, with ~1050lb lift/1800lb breakout at the bucket pins.
