Dealer support top notch

Hey guys ,
So many of you have said Dealer Support is very important, yes it is and I know why I chose Daves Tractor in Red Bluff Ca and a Branson , long story short . Had a hydraulic cylinder leaking bad . Called Daves they said around $ 200 , called local shop $120- $130 whow huge difference get the cheap guy right , wrong ,$161 done , put back on started leaking again , called him he said bring it back , waited in waiting area 20 mins he said still leaking a little but looks like defective cylinder casing, great , called Rob and Jerrid at Daveç—´ , they explained if it was bad from factory would of leaked in first 2 hrs ,makes sense, Rob said to bring it in and they will rebuild so I did , got call from Jerrid said cylinder warped from over tightening have to order new one , ok have to have it , got call from Jerrid he gave me total price with shipping , phone got real quiet ,lol ,he then said that Daves will split the total cost 50/50 , then I knew I made a good choice buying from DAVES TRACTOR ,a reputable dealer that treats their customers fairly. To me this is DEALER SUPPORT ,VERY important no matter what color or brand you choose, long story short lol ,thanks all Dan

We have dealt with Daves Tractor on many occasions and they are TOP NOTCH, I buy Branson parts from them.
Jared returns emails and gives you shipping updates if you ask, which is nice when your machine is down.
I think Dave runs a tight ship over there..
