D950 engine

Can someone help here me?
I have Kioti TD950 but the engine has worn out, is the driving force
behind Kubota D950 appropriate?

Even though the displacements are the same I would not assume that the engines are interchangeable. Accessories, flywheel, bellhousing, mounting points are all subject to be different. As little as I know, Kioti (a Korean Company) does not use Kubota (a Japanese Company) engines. The chances of them making interchangable engines by accident is slim.
