where is a good place to order lift cylinder kit for fel cylinder, Its an Allied fel. on kabota tractor?

Hercules Sealing Products is a great resource, but you will need to accurately identify and measure the seals you need. You probably wont find a "kit" for your cylinders-but will have to buy the parts individually. If your not up to it, I would take your cylinders to a local hydraulic shop for the parts and possibly a rebuild.
