From my experience, I'd go with the BX. I have a 23 that I use mostly for grass cutting. I do use the FEL & BH more than I would have thought. It's an outstanding machine in terms of reliability and quality. I've had no problems after five years...DIY maintenance is not that expensive either.

It has a great turning circle and cuts grass better than anything I've ever tried. Power steering, 4x4, Diff lock and 3ph rounds it out.

A bagger is insanely expensive though..1500 or so.

Don't know much about forks.

The FEL doesn't have a large volume, but if you're not using it to make $$, your time is free, besides, it beats a shovel!!!!

I would check out the Kioti CK20, I bet used you can get in the price range you are looking for, should have lift capacity with forks to do what you want and then some.

I have a BX2350 and it will reach into the back of my pick up with the bucket. The capacity of the bucket is around 500lbs. The problem is that when you put the forks on it moves the lift point out in front of the bucket and reduces the capacity. If you get a tractor with that kind of lift capacity, it going to be bigger than many of the tractors you listed. I think I would forget about that requirement. I guessing it would take a larger B series to get that capacity, which also means more money.
My BX24 will lift its Backhoe (listed as weighing 617 lbs) on the forks. Lifting 500 lbs from a pickup bed is not unreasonable if the load is concentrated near the bucket. Obviously, the farther out on the forks, the less it will lift.
