Cushman Truckster

Hello. we have a 1997 Cushman Truckster with a Kawasaki FD 620D Engine in it. We are have trouble figuring out the Governor and how it is attached and if we are missing parts. We have the manual but still can't figure out how it goes. We just put in a rebuild engine. Would anyone have any idea or even better, a picture of the top of the engine that we could look at to help us. Any pics of this would really be appreciated. thanks, steve

Do you have any pics of the governor itself? I have a pic of the belt driven governor they used on the old 3cyl Daihatsu. Not sure if it will help but I included it

Hello. Thanks for getting back. I will show this to my friend that is repairing this and it may help him. i am not that mechanically inclined to know for sure. I appreciate you sending this and i will let you know. thanks again, steve
