I remember reading something a while ago about diesel emissions. I think that Ford and GM went with one material and Dodge ( yes it was that long ago) went with another material. I can’t remember specifics. What I do remember is they asked Ford why they went the route they did and they stated. The other one did not hold up over time. I’m not sure it was related to the SCR system, but it sounds like it might have been.
